ARCHITECTURE

Architecture forms the backbone of all the other services rendered by the firm. All the other services provided by the firm depend directly or indirectly upon the Architectural services provided by the firm.

The spectra of services within the architecture includes all the stages included in the process of design development which starts right away with the stage of concept development and evolves till the very stage of the conceiving of the designed concept in its final form which is architecturally, structurally and technically (MEP etc.) sound for construction.

Process of design development:

• Site selection (in some cases), site surveys, Data collection.
• Site Analysis and inferences drawn after the analysis.
• Identifying the scope as well as the challenges offered by the site.
• Framing of requirements by the client.
• Verification and final framing of the requirements by the Architect.
• Preparation of Final Design brief mutually agreed by the client as well as the Architect.
• Preparation of conceptual sketch by the architect.
• Finalization of the concept by the client.
• After the acceptance of the final concept by the client, the architect will then give the final sketch its true architectural character by preparing all the working drawings, structural drawings (by competent structural designer), MEPF drawings along with the relevant construction details for ensuring the smooth execution of the project.
• Handing over the Final Drawing sets to the client.
