Born in the year 1938, Sh. Banarsi Lal ji started working at a tender age of just 12 years due to the position of their family at that time. Sh. Banarsi Lal ji, having a very bright mind initially started to help his father Late Sh. Ram Ditta Mal ji in his family business of transportation of goods.

Truly inspired by the construction industry, he left the family business and started his own Construction Firm under the name M/s BANARSI LAL & CO. in the year 1954 when he was just 16 years old. He made it his goal at that tender age to uplift the status of living of his family and therefore, he grasped every opportunity in the field and has also faced immense struggle but his dedication and hard-work for his goal proved to be way more than the struggle his life offered and therefore in a very short span of time Sh. Banarsi Lal ji was the name that every institution was recommending when it came to the building of structures across the whole of J&K.

He initially started the firm with the construction of buildings and then later on headed towards the construction of roads and bridges and continued building the latter from 1965-1968 while continuing his construction of buildings and practicing the same till date. Sh. Banarsi Lal ji is a living pioneer in this industry having more than 60 years of experience in construction, therefore proving to be a valuable human asset to the firm ARCHITECT HARDIK MANAWA in the form of its Senior Technical Advisor.
